Identify and reduce depressive symptoms (e.g.,sadness, frequent crying, emptiness, hopelessness, loss of interest or pleasure in activities, sleep disturbance, weight loss/gain, fatigue, thinking or concentration issues, and suicidal thoughts). 

  • Heal from current or past intimate partner violence.

  • Process distressing childhood memories of experiencing or witnessing domestic violence or abuse.

  • Seek support and information in order to better support a friend or family member who is in an abusive relationship.

Explore and process the challenges of being a woman in today's society (e.g., gender discrimination, sexual harassment, infertility, miscarriage, post-partum depression, domestic violence, sexual abuse, work/life balance, people pleasing, perfectionism, and aging).
